If you own a property in Alanya and plan to rent it out for short periods (less than 100 days), you must comply with the "Tourism Purpose Rental Law" (Law No. 7464). Since its introduction, the rules have become strictly enforced. In 2026, operating a short-term rental without the proper Ministry license can lead to heavy fines and even the sealing of your property.
