EasyApartAlanya biedt appartementen voor langetermijnverhuur aan in Alanya/Turkije.

Alle appartementen liggen zeer dicht bij de stranden van Alanya aan de Turkse Middellandse Zee en zijn aangepast aan de behoeften van Europese gasten. Daarom kunt u bij EasyApartAlanya appartementen voor langere termijn boeken/huren in veilige omstandigheden die speciaal zijn afgestemd op Europese klanten.

Omdat wij als appartementseigenaren een achtergrond hebben in Finland, Zweden, Duitsland en zelfs Turkije, raden we klanten uit deze landen met name aan om bij ons te huren of te kopen. We spreken Fins, Zweeds, Duits, Engels, Spaans en Turks en helpen u graag met al uw vragen, van begin tot eind. We kunnen u de best mogelijke service en ondersteuning bieden in uw eigen taal.

U betaalt alleen een aanbetaling. Wij hanteren de Europese wetgeving inzake koop op afstand, die u een herroepingsrecht van 14 dagen geeft. Binnen deze 14 dagen kunt u uw contract wijzigen of volledig annuleren en uw volledige aanbetaling terugkrijgen.

Het is niet mogelijk om na 14 dagen de overeenkomst te annuleren of te herroepen. We kunnen u dan alleen de mogelijkheid bieden om uw boeking te wijzigen, de periode aan te passen of uw appartement om te boeken naar een ander appartement, indien dit beschikbaar is. Mocht u de overeenkomst na 14 dagen herroepingsrecht toch volledig annuleren, dan wordt de aanbetaling niet terugbetaald, maar kunt u deze gebruiken voor een volgende boeking bij ons.

Let op: EasyApartAlanya behoudt zich het recht voor om de overeenkomst zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving aan de klant te wijzigen. De algemene voorwaarden worden indien nodig aangepast om ervoor te zorgen dat de overeenkomst en de voorwaarden actueel blijven.

Omdat alle huurovereenkomsten echter individueel worden opgesteld, biedt EasyApartAlanya de huurder de meest gunstige overeenkomst voor alle betrokken partijen. Deze partijen kunnen divers zijn en bestaan uit u als huurder, de eigenaar van de woning, het makelaarskantoor en EasyApartAlanya.

If you want to stay longer than 90 days in Turkey, you will need a residence permit.

With booking an apartment for a shorter period that does not exceed 90 days, you don't need a residence permit. Remember that it is a total of 90 days of stay within 180 days period you can stay in Turkey without a residence permit.
