EasyApartAlanya biedt langetermijnverhuur van vakantiehuizen/appartementen in Alanya/Turkije.
Alle appartementen liggen vlakbij de stranden van Alanya aan de Turkse Middellandse Zee en zijn aangepast aan de behoeften van Europese klanten. Daarom kunt u bij EasyApartAlanya vooraf appartementen voor lange termijn boeken/huren met veilige voorwaarden die speciaal zijn aangepast aan Europese klanten.
Omdat wij als appartementeigenaren een achtergrond hebben in Finland, Zweden, Duitsland en zelfs Turkije, raden we vooral klanten uit deze landen aan om bij ons te huren of te kopen. Wij spreken Fins, Zweeds, Duits, Engels, Spaans en Turks en helpen u van begin tot eind met al uw vragen. We kunnen u de best mogelijke service en ondersteuning bieden in uw moedertaal.
U betaalt alleen een aanbetaling. Wij hanteren de Europese Wet Koop op Afstand, die u een herroepingsrecht van 14 dagen geeft. Binnen deze 14 dagen kunt u uw contract wijzigen of volledig ontbinden en krijgt u uw volledige aanbetaling terug.
Annuleren of ontbinden van de overeenkomst na 14 dagen is niet mogelijk en we kunnen u alleen een mogelijkheid bieden om uw boeking te wijzigen, de tijd te wijzigen of uw appartement om te boeken naar een ander appartement, indien de beschikbaarheid dit toelaat. Mocht u de overeenkomst echter na 14 dagen ontbinden, dan wordt de aanbetaling niet terugbetaald, maar kunt u deze wel gebruiken voor een latere boeking bij ons.
Let op: EasyApartAlanya behoudt zich het recht voor om de overeenkomst te wijzigen zonder de klant hiervan op de hoogte te stellen. Indien nodig kunnen wij de Algemene Voorwaarden wijzigen om ervoor te zorgen dat de overeenkomst en de voorwaarden actueel zijn.
Omdat alle huurovereenkomsten individueel worden opgesteld, biedt EasyApartAlanya de huurder de beste vorm van overeenkomst tussen alle partijen. Deze partij kan divers zijn en bestaat uit u als huurder - verhuurder - makelaar en EasyApartAlanya.

This means that your personal information may be used to communicate with you and provide the necessary information regarding your inquiry.

Additional information
If you want to stay longer than 90 days in Turkey, you will need a residence permit.
With booking an apartment for a shorter period that does not exceed 90 days, you don't need a residence permit. Remember that it is a total of 90 days of stay within 180 days period you can stay in Turkey without a residence permit.
