Die Quote für die ausländische Bevölkerungsdichte (die 20%-Regel), die zuvor die Anzahl neuer Anträge beschränkte, wurde für die folgenden wichtigen Bezirke aufgehoben:

While the central government has officially approved the reopening of Mahmutlar, Kestel, Avsallar, and Kargıcak for residence permits, the local Alanya Migration Office (Göç İdaresi) is currently updating its database and has not yet activated its local appointment system to accept applications for these specific districts.
