• This is an opportunity for you to acquire at your preferred price.

Conditions for Price Proposal Submission:

1. Scope: These conditions apply to all price proposals submitted for our property listings.

2. Submission Currency: All price proposals must be stated in Euros (€). Proposals submitted in other currencies will not be considered.

3. Nature of Proposal (Non-Binding):

   • Submission of a price proposal creates no obligation for the submitter to purchase the property.

   • Similarly, the receipt of a price proposal creates no obligation for us to accept the proposal or sell the property at the proposed price.

4. Purpose: The sole purpose of this process is to provide an opportunity for prospective buyers to indicate their desired purchase price and for us to gauge market interest.

5. Review and Response: All proposals will be reviewed. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or issue a counter-offer to any proposal at our sole discretion. We are not obliged to provide reasons for our decision.

6. Validity: By submitting a proposal, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
