We offer long-term rental of holiday homes/apartments located in Alanya/Turkey. All our apartments are very close to Alanya's beaches with the Turkish Mediterranean Sea.

Since we as apartment owners have a background from Finland, Sweden, Germany and even Turkey, we especially recommend customers from these countries to rent or buy from us.

We speak Finnish, Swedish, German, English, Spanish and Turkish and help you with all your questions from start to finish. We can provide you with the best possible service and support in your native language.

We have a few apartments that we rent long-term and we adapt it to the needs of our European customers, therefore we use conditions that you can book long-term in advance with us. You only pay a deposit fee. We use the European Distance Shopping Act, which gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal. Within these 14 days, you can change or completely withdraw from your contract and get your full deposit back. Canceling or withdrawing from the contract after 14 days is not possible and we can only offer you to change your booking, change the time or rebook your apartment to another apartment, if availability allows this. But if you nevertheless cancel the entire contract after the 14-day right of withdrawal period, the deposit is not refunded but can be used for a later future booking with us again.

If you want to stay longer than 90 days in Turkey, you will need a residence permit.

With bookning an apartment for a shorter period that does not exceed 90 days, you don't need  a residence permit. Remember that it is a total of 90 days of stay within one year you can stay in Turkey without a residence permit.

 

We also offer pick-up at the airport and drive you to your booked apartment with us, where one of our employees will give you the keys and show you the apartment you have chosen.

As you can see, the rules can be different and do not apply to everyone. Every applicant has different wishes with their search for apartments in Alanya, but since not all wishes can be met, it can be difficult to find the right choice
